Just hate this anxiety!

And I wonder: would that be a normal momentaneous reaction to stress or merely some twisted new way of living? Do we have to fight the feeling or coop with it?

I've been asking myself: Does my lifestyle have anything to do with it or could this just be me "being me"?

I keep expecting the unexpected. How dum is that?
